Between them they set the direction of the holding, run its performance, and hold every company to the same standard of execution — across logistics, freight, marketing and technology in Egypt, and renewable energy in the United Kingdom.

Zyad Mohamed Husseini

Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer

Zyad Mohamed Husseini is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of PNM Agency, the growth arm of PNM Group. He leads the agency out of Cairo, where the team handles brand, marketing, websites, IT and the sales systems that connect them for clients across Egypt and the wider MENA region.

His focus is the idea the agency was built on: that marketing should not stop at the click. Zyad runs PNM Agency as one connected system — build, market, sell, ship — so the brand, the campaign, the store and the delivery are owned by a single accountable team rather than split across vendors who never speak to each other.

He works closely with the group’s other companies, and with the agency’s clients, on the work that turns attention into orders. That includes Matgarak, the group’s own e-commerce venture, which PNM Agency took from identity through to a live launch — proof, on the group’s own product, of the system the agency sells.

Mohamed Reda Husseini

Co-Owner · Board of Directors

As co-owner of PNM Group, Mohamed Reda Husseini sets the strategic direction of the holding and stewards its portfolio across logistics, real estate, marketing & technology, and renewable energy. His focus is capital allocation, long-horizon positioning, and the discipline required to keep a multi-sector group coherent as it scales.

He works closely with the leadership teams of Pack N Move, PNM Egypt, PNM Agency, PNM Solutions, PNM UK, and PNM Real Estate on entry into new markets, cross-subsidiary opportunities, and the underwriting standards that govern every venture the group takes on. His approach is defined by patient ownership and an operator’s respect for what it takes to build a durable business.

Mohamed represents the group with partners, institutions, and investors across the Middle East and Europe, and champions the values that hold the portfolio together: execution over noise, long-term thinking over short-term wins, and relationships measured in decades rather than deals.

Ahmad Gendy

Co-Owner & Chief Executive Officer

Ahmad Gendy is co-owner and Chief Executive Officer of PNM Group, accountable for the operating performance of the holding and the long-term growth of every company inside it. He leads the group’s executive agenda — from annual planning and commercial priorities to the operating rhythms that connect the six subsidiaries.

His remit spans the day-to-day: setting targets with the CEOs of Pack N Move, PNM Egypt, PNM Agency, PNM Solutions, PNM UK, and PNM Real Estate, deploying capital into the initiatives that move the numbers, and building the shared functions — finance, technology, talent, and brand — that give each business more leverage than it would have alone.

Ahmad’s leadership style is hands-on and evidence-driven. He is known for turning strategy into weekly execution, for defending the standards that make the group a serious partner, and for holding the organisation to the promise it makes to its clients across MENA and the United Kingdom.

Ahmad Hamdy

Co-Owner & Chairman

Ahmad Hamdy is co-owner and Chairman of PNM Group, presiding over the board and safeguarding the long-term interests of the holding. He sets the tone at the top: the governance standards, the risk appetite, and the patient-capital philosophy that allow a multi-sector group to grow without losing its discipline.

As Chairman, he leads the board’s oversight of strategy and performance across Pack N Move, PNM Egypt, PNM Agency, PNM Solutions, PNM UK, and PNM Real Estate — reviewing major commitments, chairing the group’s key decisions, and ensuring that each subsidiary’s ambitions stay anchored to the group’s standards of prudence and execution.

Ahmad’s stewardship reflects the values the group was built on: integrity in every commitment, decisions weighed in decades, and a conviction that durable businesses are built by owners who stay close to the work.
